Hair Transplants hold the key to power!
Silva Berlusconi, Italian Premier, feels he can win the next election in Italy because of his recent hair transplant and face lift. During his "Make my vote Count campaign," he is quoted as saying " I look better now than I did when I won in 2001." Perhaps a tip to pass onto the next British prime minister candidates? Certainly, Tony Blair looked more than interested to hear about it from Silva, at their last meeting! May be Tony will pay us a visit when he steps down as PM!
Dr Rogers met the hair transplant surgeon who performed the Premier's hair surgery, at the Italian Hair Conference, in 2005.
UPDATE - Even hair transplants can't guarantee success. Silva Berlusconi still lost his election in April.
